2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within up to 72 business hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is:

Delivery estimates may vary depending on:

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Nordive may also offer free worldwide shipping promotions on selected products or campaigns.

Nordive covers standard shipping and import-related logistics costs for customers whenever applicable.
Customers will not be charged additional customs or import fees upon delivery under normal circumstances.
However, in rare cases involving local regulations or government-imposed charges outside of our control, additional fees may still apply depending on the destination country.

Tracking information will be sent by email after the order has been shipped.

Nordive is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities.

- Delayed shipments;
- Lost packages;
- Failed deliveries;
caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier may not qualify for refund or replacement unless confirmed by the carrier investigation.
